The Apple Watch bands and accessories sold in our store are sized based on the size of your Apple Watch (rather than the size of your wrist).
When ordering a new watch band for your Apple Watch, you will need to know its case size for the band to fit correctly.
If you aren’t sure what size and model your Apple Watch is, then you can find this information engraved on the top right side on the back of your watch.

Once you’ve determined the size of your Apple Watch, simply pick the appropriate size when placing your order:
Select 38mm/40mm/41mm if your watch is any of the following:
38mm Apple Watch Series 0, 1, 2, or 3
40mm Apple Watch Series 4, 5, 6, or SE
41mm Apple Watch Series 7 or 8

Select 42mm/44mm/45mm if your watch is any of the following:
42mm Apple Watch Series 0, 1, 2, or 3
44mm Apple Watch Series 4, 5, 6, or SE
45mm Apple Watch Series 7 or 8
49mm Apple Watch Ultra

When purchasing a case for your Apple Watch, choose the matching size case for your Apple Watch size (e.g. if your Apple Watch is 38mm in size, choose a 38mm size case)

Replacing an Apple watch strap is even easier than replacing a traditional watch strap. Apple link bracelets offer a quick-release button. Your old watch strap will pop out, and you can insert the new watch strap.

Apple Watch from series 1 to series 8; sizes 38/40/41 and 42/44/45/49.
Mechanical watches from size 18mm/20mm/22mm/24mm
For mechanical watches, to measure watch lugs, follow these steps:
Step 1: Grab your favorite precision measuring device (millimeter ruler or calipers).
Step 2: Lay your watch on a soft surface with the band removed.
Step 3: Measure the gap between the inside of the lugs where the band will connect.
Step 4: Double-check your measurements. Bands only come in whole number (mm) widths usually between 16mm and 24mm, so if you get a 0.5mm somewhere, you’ve probably got an error in your calculation.

Grab a measuring tape and watch for a tutorial to ensure that the products you purchase from us fit perfectly.

Start with measuring tape first, out one end of the measuring tape on your wirst and wrap the tape around then read the length where the tape meets.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use any piece of string or tape wrap it around your wirst and mark where it meets then measure that length the ruler.

• Step 1: Slide your spring bars into the hole on the ends of both watch strap pieces. Push them all the way in so they are centered inside the strap.
• Step 2: Lay watch face down on cloth. Install the buckle side strap on the top of the watch (at 12 o’clock). Insert one end of the spring bar into the hole on the watch lug. Pick up spring bar tool in other hand.
• Step 3: Depress the other end of the spring bar by applying pressure with the tool towards the strap and away from the watch case. Slide spring bar inside the hole in the watch lug. Make sure both ends of the spring bar securely snap into their holes.
• Step 4: Repeat Steps 2-3 to install the point side strap, which goes on the bottom of the watch (at 6 o’clock). You’re all done!

If you got a shipping notice, you must go through the returns process after you get your order and you must pay shipping fees.

If you select personalized service, you can’t return so please double-check before ordering personalization. We just accept a refund policy when products are faulty or mistaken. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition. Return Policy

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
